Books swap & Drinks

Hi expats 😊 Let's meet for some drinks and swap books! Bring a used book (or a couple) that you’ve already enjoyed, and exchange them for something new-to-you. It’s a perfect chance to refresh your shelf, discover hidden gems, and share recommendations with fellow readers. What to expect? ✨ A friendly, relaxed atmosphere 🥂 Drinks and conversation in English. 💬 Space to connect with fellow readers. 📖 Free book exchange — bring one (or several), take one (or several)! Please bring your book(s) in English language and wrapped in any paper with 3-4 words written on top describing its genre, vibe or hinting at storyline. (For example, for “Educated” by Tara Westover, you might write: “Family, resilience, self-discovery.”) We will place all books in the middle of the table. We will take turns choosing a book to unwrap until all books are distributed (will arrange the order by randomly pulling a sequence number). Once the book is unwrapped, the person who brought it can share a few words about that book.
