Iskra events are meant to be relaxed. Be kind, respect other people’s boundaries and let everyone enjoy the activity without pressure.

Respect other people’s boundaries
If someone is not interested, stop. Do not pressure anyone to drink, share contact details, spend time alone, keep talking or accept physical contact. They do not owe you a reason.
We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination
Do not threaten, intimidate or target anyone. Hate speech, discriminatory comments, sexual remarks and unwanted messages are not allowed.
This is a social event, not a dating event
It’s fine if two people hit it off. It’s not fine to keep flirting after someone shows they’re not interested, send unwanted sexual messages or come mainly to look for dates.

No sales pitches or recruiting
Do not pitch a business, recruit people, collect leads or add members to another group without their permission.
Keep private information private
Ask before sharing someone’s photo, message, phone number or social profile. Never forward the private venue details.
Only confirmed participants can attend
Everyone needs their own confirmed booking unless the event page clearly says guests are allowed.
Be considerate of the group
Arrive on time, respect the group size, cancel if you cannot come and follow reasonable directions from the host or venue.
Drinking does not change the rules
Alcohol is never an excuse for behaviour that is unsafe, aggressive or disrespectful.

Tell us if something happens
Use the confidential report form or contact the safety team. We limit access to the report and do not automatically send it to the host.
What happens after a report
Someone from the Iskra Social team reviews each report. We may suspend or remove a member after a serious incident or repeated problems.
We review applications and keep events small, but we cannot promise how every person will behave. If anyone is in immediate danger in Poland, call 112.

You can contact us privately. Only the people handling the report can read it, and we do not automatically pass it to the host.
